Propark's maintenance division, CleanCo, is always working to provide the public with safe, clean and efficient facilities by adhering to rigorous housekeeping, inspection and maintenance standards. We utilize a detailed checklist of these activities that we customize to the specific requirements of each facility that we operate. The location manager will personally attend to the more in-depth checklist items, rather than the on-site maintenance person.
