Jones Lang LaSalle Awards Propark San Francisco Properties

Jones Lang LaSalle has chosen Propark America to manage its San Francisco properties, Hills Plaza (Hills Brother Building) and 225 Bush Street (Standard Oil Building).

Hills Plaza, also known as the Hills Brothers Building, has a 400 space parking garage that supports 18 stories and 900,000 square feet that includes condominiums, retail space, commercial offices, a fitness complex and restaurants.  Located on the beautiful Embarcadero waterfront at the foot of the Bay Bridge, Hills Plaza was constructed in 1925 for the Hills Brothers Coffee Company. 

225 Bush Street, also known as the Standard Oil Building, was built in 1922 and was the tallest building in San Francisco at that time.  A 110 space garage supports this 22 story Class A office building, which is located in the heart of the financial district and was once the corporate headquarters for the Chevron oil firm.  The building is on the National Register of Historic Buildings and underwent a major renovation in 2000.
