Propark automated both Harvard parking locations with state-of-the-art revenue control systems and added remote cameras for real-time management oversight.

Propark transitioned two locations from the Harvard Real Estate portfolio, that were previously operated by a local competitor. Both facilities offer self-parking and attendant-assisted valet. These locations service Harvard’s executive offices, the faculty, staff and patients of University Health Care Services, along with thousands of tourists and visitors each day.

Sustainability initiatives were implemented including Juice Bar® EV charging stations, digital air inflation stations and upgraded bicycle parking.

In our first full year, revenues grew 11.49% over the previous operator’s results. Our second year revenues climbed another 5.87% and our third year saw a 7% increase.
