Equity Residential experienced parking occupancy issues due to raised parking gates. Locals learned that they could park for free in the building’s 90-space garage. Propark managed the equipment install prior to assuming operational management.
Propark quickly implemented a remote management model using the Cloudpark Command Center, which allows us to manage this garage in a fully-automated capacity. Parking occupancy was controlled for intended users only and revenue generation increased significantly. This remote model provides full-service intercom monitoring, with the ability to access on-site equipment. Keycard access to the facility allows for tighter revenue reporting.
Any time an onsite presence is needed, Propark deploys someone from our vast local labor pool to assist from nearby properties, increasing efficiencies while controlling staffing.
