Luis was recently promoted to Area manager on August 9th but even prior to this promotion he was leading by example and doing the job. He himself climbed from Supervisor to location manager of two locations and then to Area manager in a span of 12 Months. In this time he participated in 5 Hotel openings. Promoted 5 new leaders, and took on area tasks such as BSR’s and Meal Compliance reports. Luis is an active participant in assisting fellow account managers when they have events, attending all job fairs and hiring events and is frequently assisting others with various tasks they need help on. His client is a proud promoter of what we do and this Month rated us a 10 on How likely to refer to a friend or colleague. Luis continues to raise his hand leads by example.
