Corporate Director of Recruiting, JoAnna Hamilton

JoAnna Hamilton joined propark in October of 2014 as a Benefits Specialist, assisting the Administration Department with compliance standards, audits and union collective bargaining agreements.  

Before long she began creating and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent throughout our organization.  She managed the on-boarding process for all locations across the country, ensuring state and federal compliance for fully processing applicants.  She continued to manage the company-wide compensation and performance process including wage changes, promotions and annual merit reviews.

For the past year, JoAnna has focused on the coordination of Propark America’s  corporate orientation and training for new managers as well as a platform that encompasses all aspects of hiring, training, on-boarding, benefits and on-going employee care.  These programs ensure consistency in all aspects of the hiring and training processes across the country, ultimately leading to employee retention and growth within our organization.
