This month, we’d like to highlight one of our organic success stories in the making, Michelle Metz.
Michelle joined the Propark team in 2016 as Assistant Manager at OhPark Airport Parking, servicing John Glenn Columbus International Airport. During her tenure at OhPark, Michelle assisted with all operational, human resources and customer service concerns. “The most rewarding part of my position is having the ability to promote change for the sake of improvement and knowing that it was my efforts that made a difference,” explained Michelle.
It was Michelle’s outstanding work ethic led to her recent promotion to Account Manager for Fly Away Airport Parking in Nashville, Tennessee. In her new role, Michelle is responsible for all aspects at this location including operations, fleet management, guest relations, equipment upkeep, facility maintenance, staffing and employee development. “I have always made it a priority to develop mentoring relationships,” Michelle shared. “Cultivating my own knowledge and skill-set has allowed me to coach others along the way which promotes growth and forward movement.”
But there is more to Michelle than just her impressive management skills. She is the youngest of 13 children and now has two grown children of her own, who make her extremely proud. She loves riding motorcycles, traveling, animals and exercising.
