Since the inception of Propark’s Rockstar (and since, Leader) of the Month program we have all come to know and recognize what it means, and ultimately what it takes to become a Rockstar: Outstanding service, customer/client appreciation and recognition, a demonstrated ability to consistently perform at a rockstar level, the list goes on… But what about the ingredients needed to CREATE A TEAM of high performers, build a culture of exemplary service AND be recognized (individually) along with the team you built? I submit that were you to search for the qualities necessary to achieve such a feat, you would run across Andrew Ferrell as one such individual who fits the bill. Along with the stream of recognition – in the form of “Sutter Spirit” forms submitted by patients and visitors – of Andrew’s team, at SRMC, it is impossible to not notice the many forms that specifically mention Andrew himself. Forgetting the drive and dedication necessary to become a Rockstar yourself, to have built a team of such individuals takes more than a Rockstar… It takes a LEADER (of the Month). A leader like Andrew Ferrell.
