It Is Our Mission

Since our founding, Propark Mobility has recognized the power of human connection. We believe that great service begins with a company culture that values employees for who they are, not just what they can do. This allows us to develop genuine relationships with our partners, clients, and communities.

About Company Culture

Founded in 1984, Propark Mobility began as a small business with one parking lot in Hartford, Conn. From the beginning, we strived to put people first and prioritize their experience, whether that was providing the perfect parking moment for customers or cultivating a positive work environment for our team.

Though Propark now spans the nation and features a family of 4,000 Parking People, our foundational beliefs have remained the same. From coast to coast, we live out our company values every day to create a workplace and company culture that make people feel seen, understood, and appreciated. This foundation of positivity impacts every aspect of our operation and ensures we provide customers and clients with the highest quality service.

Find out what our Parking People are saying

The parking business is the people business. That's why we believe building relationships with people — especially team members, clients, and customers — is integral to our work. To honor our incredible Parking People and celebrate these relationships, we're launching a new series, Connections, where we'll introduce our team and share why these individuals are the heart of Propark.⠀

Good CARma

Propark believes in doing right by others. Through our philanthropic program, CARma, we engage in charitable and community outreach initiatives in our host cities nationwide. Whether collecting donations for organizations like the Alabama County Community Food Bank or providing face shields to protect healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Propark lives the meaning of CARma each day.
