Betsy Marone

On behalf of the marketing team, we nominate Betsy for the Leader of the Month award. Betsy began her career with Propark in 2020 and has shown significant professional and personal growth and development ever since. As Director of Content Marketing, Betsy is a true literary genius – writing marketing materials, website content, social media posts, press releases and more. Writers can often find themselves working behind the scenes, but Betsy’s work shines brightly and impacts the company nationwide. She has recently stepped up in her role, working with the sales and the field directly to create specialized marking materials to suit their exact needs. She is a polished professional and puts you at ease when working with her. Betsy also serves as co-chair of the Women of Propark Marketing and Communications committee, leading initiatives including the quarterly newsletter, outreach projects, monthly meetings and more. She has quickly become a source of joy, peace, and kindness at the Corporate Office and often volunteers her time helping with events and Good Carma. Betsy is a true representation of Propark culture and the kind of hard-working leader that makes Propark proud.
