Christian’s willingness to step up whenever needed has been an instrumental part of our success at The Junto. This past month, we got hit with one of the worst snowstorms of many of our lifetimes. Numerous employees were trapped at home, unable to make it to work. Christian volunteered to stay at the hotel and cover any and every shift needed, for 4 days straight. The morning after the storm, there were 8ft piles of snow blocking the entrance and exits to the garage, with guests trapped inside unable to get out. Christian spent the next 4 hours with a shovel clearing both exits, allowing guests to leave and not miss their flights. This is just one small example of the many great things Christian does for us here in Columbus.
