Darryl Albro is an awesome addition to our Sacramento Sutter Team. He exemplifies what customer service should like in healthcare. I received a call from Pam Reush saying that she was so touched by Darryl’s kindness. She told me that she is here so often and every time she sees Darryl, he is always warm and welcoming. However, the day Pam called me, she was taken aback by his kindness. Her tire was flat and she was waiting for AAA and Darryl checked in on her to make sure was ok and if she needed some water (it was 100 degrees that day). Pam watched Darryl go to the vending machine and purchase a water for her. When he returned, he asked if she was good and to let the valet if she needed anything else. Darryl wouldn’t accept any form of payment. This is the level of empathy and care that we want valet to provide…not necessarily the purchasing of water, but simply to show kindness and offer some type of assistance if at all possible.
