I would like to nominate Esteven for Leader of the Month as all the clients he oversees have consistently provided excellent feedback about his professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. In fact, clients often take a moment during our financial meetings to share compliments about his outstanding work and commitment. Since I started overseeing Esteven, I have noticed how much he truly cares always running from one site to another to fulfill client expectations. He currently oversees six locations, yet he is always willing to help at other sites whenever needed. Esteven is also eager to learn new things and consistently supports other managers in meeting their deadlines. His dedication, teamwork, and genuine care for both clients and colleagues make him a great example of leadership within our team.
