Jaidin started with us in December of 2024 as a part-time team member and immediately began to make a positive impact on our team’s culture. He has an infectious positivity that our residents and client enjoy a great deal. Jaidin is also the definition of a team player and will regularly volunteer to take on more hours and responsibilities to help our operation run smoothly. He has recieved a personalized thank you card from our client and has received numerous kudos cards from our residents, and he was also recently featured in the Springs’ internal employee app. Jaidin brings a little more light to our community and he is truly a Rockstar!
