Josiah is a new member of the Cap Pav Team. As the dedicated tagger, he is truly the first face of Sutter that inbound patients meet. His care, empathy and confidence help ease any tension that patients may have about having a doctor’s appointment in the downtown area. Josiah’s supervisors regularly receive compliments about Josiah’s care and direction. They regularly hear “he is so kind”, “he is so helpful”, or “he went above and beyond”. Not only does his positive attitude influence the patients coming into the lane, but it also affects the Cap Pav Team. We are all happy that Josiah is onboard.
