Josue is the Assistant Manager – Interim Account Manager at TD Garden. Josue has been back filling Adam Brown for the role but the client had asked to see multiple candidates and has not made a final determination yet. Despite this Josue has been all in from day 1! We transitioned the garage from a Skidata system with 16 lanes and pay stations throughout the garage and arena, to a Flash Parcs system with LPR with Integration with the client’s back-end sales engine for TicketMaster sales. Throughout this process Josue has been front and center on staff training, oversight of the Install for the client and Propark, and redesign of the client reporting to ensure that the transition was seamless from a client perspective. On 6/30 I received an email 1st from our client and then a 2nd email from the senior tech at Flash commending Josue for his leadership and hands on problem solving for overseeing a major hiccup in the parker database resulting in several hundred parkers cards being deactivated. The manner in which Josue handled the entire situation was so impressive that both felt the need to reach out to me.
