Mrs. Noemí is very well deserving of this nomination for all the hard work and dedication she demonstrates. Noemi is one of the people that all new hires first get to know so giving a great
impression to all new hires is super important. Mrs. Noemí have a big list of duties but some of the most important include hire of new employees, assist all employees with onboarding, she examines drivers for class B license, she does accident investigation, provides safety meetings to all employees. Although Mrs. Noemi has a hectic schedule she still assist any employee who comes in asking her for assistance. We feel that Noemi deserves the leader nomination because although the employees move on to operations all employees continue coming back to her for guidance and she is always happy to assist.
