I’m putting forward Nukki Valenzuela for Leader of the Month, and I’m not going to sugar-coat it. Nukki’s been absolutely rock solid over at the Lake Merritt Towers garage. He’s nailed the client relationship piece, keeps the client genuinely happy, and consistently earns top scores on client surveys. Even in a tough market, he’s managing the budget like a pro and driving revenue growth. But more than just the numbers, the big reason I’m nominating him is his teamwork and willingness to step up whenever we need extra hands. He was a huge help with recruiting and hiring across the region, and when we opened the Appalachian location in Hillsburg, he was right there making sure we got the staff we needed. In short, Nukki’s the guy who has everyone’s back and makes things happen. He absolutely deserves this recognition.
