Rebecca worked at a community event on November 1st, 2025, for the vision impaired to explain services that we provide for the community. The group was looking for information on getting around town safely. Rebecca is a shuttle driver for the Wayne County Transit and was able to demonstrate the ease of access that is available. Rebecca took the time to guide them through the call to book the ride and was also able to demonstrate the vehicle that was on display. She worked hand and hand with the city transportation manager to make this a successful event. She was caring, thoughtful, kindhearted and considerate of the different needs of the public. She shows she cares for every single one of her riders, no matter what the situation, and handles it with the utmost of professionalism all the time. She is a great asset to the company.
