Solange Cruz

Solange has been with Propark for just over a year now, and in that time has been a role model with regards to building relationships and treating guests and clients with genuine care and respect. At every turn Solange has raised her hand to assist with anything out of the ordinary, create value for herself and most recently raised her hand to transfer to a new location and help with opening and culture building. While all this was taking place, Solange raised her hand multiple times over the holidays to assist multiple site with staffing needs and assistance. My favorite story of Solange, has to be the hundreds of positive guest reviews she continually receives, 5 months ago we put an incentive structure in place at the grand Hyatt for positive reviews with an extra incentive for anyone that received over 10 positive reviews in a month. knowing this would be next to impossible, Solange proved us all wrong and went out and delivered, Solange Received 13 positive name mentions in emails and guest satisfaction reviews online. We would be doing a disservice to the team if we did not recognize Solange for her amazing contributions on a daily basis and her positive attitude she brings to work every day.
