Internally, we refer to him as “The Mayor of the City” — not just because he oversees more than 35+ locations, but because he is present, respected, and trusted at every level of our operation. Victor leads with a steady hand and a servant-based mindset. He is the glue that keeps our 1,000 associates across New York aligned in culture, performance, and professionalism. His approach blends accountability with mentorship; he coaches our teams through challenges, celebrates their growth, and ensures that every associate understands the high service standards that define Propark. His operational knowledge is unmatched, but what sets Victor apart is his character. He is calm in chaos, thoughtful in conflict, and unwaveringly dependable. Whether he is supporting new site openings, stabilizing high-volume operations, or guiding emerging leaders, Victor leads from the front and demonstrates what right looks like every day. Victor does not ask for recognition — which is exactly why he deserves it. His influence is felt in our guest experience, our client relationships, our financial performance, and more importantly, in the confidence, professionalism, and growth of every associate he touches.
