Propark Mobility announced today that JoAnna Hamilton has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources within the People and Business Resources Division.

JoAnna’s wide breadth of experience spans various senior human resources roles, where she’s demonstrated expertise in PTO; benefits; performance management; onboarding; recruiting; training; engagement; coaching, counseling, and mentoring; policy development; product implementation; and more. Prior to Propark, JoAnna held leadership roles in both sales and education. This wealth of knowledge and nearly ten years of Propark experience have prepared her for this new role.

As Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, JoAnna will provide key leadership support and project management for HR projects, as well as global and divisional initiatives. She will also oversee human resources functions for new acquisitions and large-site onboarding. She will work directly with our departmental directors to provide support and leadership across all facets of Human Resources.
