Boston’s largest professional sporting event venue chose Propark America to manage the North Station Garage.
In June of 2012, Propark America assumed management responsibility for TD Garden, and immediately improved service, increased revenues and reduced expenses at the North Station Garage, located directly beneath the arena.
Propark America worked with property management to implement new, fully-automated revenue control systems. In addition, energy-efficient LED lighting, Code Blue call stations and remote monitoring technologies are now used throughout the facility.
