The Park + Garden residential building in Hoboken features a unique, compact U-tron automated parking garage with 314 spaces, which uses robotic shuttles to store vehicles on racks instead of traditional ramps, freeing up space on the ground level for a recreational deck with a pool. This technology allows for increased capacity in a smaller footprint, making the building eco-efficient and more profitable by allowing for more residential units. Propark operates the garage, offering covered parking for both monthly and daily users. This facility is open to the public.
