The entrance is on the left hand side of Etiwanada Avenue if you are coming from Ventura Blvd. This is right before reaching the Medical Center.

Monthly Parking Information
New parkers only. Do not purchase if you have already purchased monthly parking for this location. After redeeming pass online, email carla.martinez@propark.com to coordinate when to bring pass to the location in order to fill out the monthly application. There is a one time, non-refundable $25 access card fee that will be paid at the same time you fill out the future billing application. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. Your first month is paid in full at the time of purchase. Starting in month 2, you will be invoiced monthly by Propark. Cancellation requires 14 days notice.
