Call ahead prior to your arrival to schedule shuttle pick up time (310) 322-0700

Once you arrive to the hotel please make note of your license plate number and proceed to the front desk. The front desk will do the following:

1. Register your vehicle
2. Issue validation
3. Provide details on the next available shuttle

Pickup Instructions

The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle runs 7 days a week between the hours of 5:30 AM - 12:30 AM.

Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please proceed to the departure Level (upper level). Once outside look for the RED sign displaying "Hotel Shuttle and Private Parking shuttle pick-up".

You can catch our shuttle the following way:

1. Please proceed to the lower floor following the sign "luggage claim".
2. Once you are near the luggage claim area, you will need to get the escalator to take you upstairs , outside, by the curb , to the departure level.
3. Our Shuttle stop is a red sign that says "Hotel shuttles."
