Brad has consistently gone above and beyond in his duties, demonstrating exceptional dedication and outstanding performance. Not only does Brad have a deep understanding of parking regulations and ordinances, but he consistently enforces these rules fairly and impartially, ensuring that parking spaces are used efficiently and fairly for the benefit of all. He has also taken initiatives to improve our parking enforcement operations by creating memes (violations), updating our Google parking enforcement website with photos that he has taken, and proactively identifying potential problems and implementing solutions to improve parking management in our area. His commitment to excellence, outstanding customer service, and contributions to the department make him a highly deserving candidate for the Rockstar of the Month award.
