Brandon Rosado

Brandon Rosado is an exceptional team player and is truly deserving of Rockstar of the Month. Although he was never a manager with the company, he stepped into one of our most financially challenged locations without hesitation. When he arrived, the location’s Accounts to Be Collected (ATB) had grown to nearly $45,000 in past due amounts. Through his dedication, persistence, and countless hours of personally reaching out to customers and working closely with the accounting team, Brandon reduced the ATB to approximately $9,000 in less than two months, helping restore the location to financial stability. What makes Brandon’s achievement even more impressive is that he accomplished all of this while simultaneously training to learn additional reports and every aspect of the valet operation. Despite his demanding workload, he consistently volunteered to cover shifts at other locations, often working double shifts without a single callout or complaint. Brandon approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, an incredible work ethic, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to support the team. He is dependable, selfless, and always just a phone call away whenever help is needed. His commitment, leadership by example, and unwavering dedication make him an outstanding asset to our company and an easy choice for Rockstar of the Month.
