A few months back we implemented the Flash Valet system and we started charging for valet services. Our client set us up in the main lobby to take money and to help guide patients as best as possible. Connie absolutely shines in the environment. Connie’s morning greetings to staff and patient’s alike have caught the eye of hospital administration — they cannot sing her praises enough. She has been here at the Sutter campus for years and directs lost patients with ease. Connie’s bright personality, her unwavering professionalism and deep empathy for all those coming through the lobby doors make her a favorite both to staff and patients.
