Cristian, is a grass roots employee and spent most of his career growing at the Solamar in San Diego. He moved up from a valet to a Lead and joined the Propark team when we took over operations. From there Cristian took charge and was always focused on service. I think in many eyes he was being groomed to take on the Manager role here in the future. As growth in the market happened the opportunity for Marriott Vacation Club came around with focus on service… We knew just who to call. Since taking on the Manager role Cristian has made our client Jen a raving fan! We offsite 100% of all the cars that park with us off a curb at that, and even with those hurtles the service scores continue to climb. Even more so we have watched as the capture/drive in ratio for valet has increased. People are so thrilled with the service they would rather pay $50 vs $39 to self park in a public lot that’s also conveniently located. Cristian has also moved valet lots to better the operation and is always looking for ways to make an impact. He is in all ways a leader we will continue to call on and lean on him as a service and client guru. ​
