Curtis Jones

I would like to nominate Curtis Jones for Rock Star of the Month. Curtis has been instrumental in supporting an emergency request we received from the Anthem Los Angeles Hotel to step in and take over their parking operation with only three days’ notice. Launching a hotel parking operation on such short notice is already a tremendous challenge, but this property is located directly across from SoFi Stadium during the FIFA World Cup, the largest sporting event in the world. On top of that, the hotel is connected to the Intuit Dome, creating an even greater operational challenge with major concerts taking place between FIFA matches.

From day one, Curtis has been a key leader on the front drive, spending countless hours ensuring the operation was successful and providing confidence to the hotel leadership team. The General Manager understandably had concerns about transitioning to a new parking provider during one of the busiest periods of the year, but Curtis quickly earned his trust through his professionalism, leadership, and relentless work ethic. Curtis has made tremendous personal sacrifices to ensure the success of this operation. While continuing to fulfill his responsibilities as the supervisor at San Vicente Santa Monica, he has split his time between both locations, often working long days to ensure each property received the support it needed. On Father’s Day, during one of the largest FIFA match days, Curtis was right alongside me on the front drive from start to finish, making sure every guest arrival and departure was executed flawlessly.

Curtis consistently leads by example, remains calm under pressure, and never hesitates to step in wherever he is needed. His dedication, commitment, and willingness to sacrifice his own personal time to ensure our clients and teams succeed embody what it means to be a Propark Rock Star. Without his leadership and tireless efforts, we would not have achieved the level of success we have experienced during this critical transition.
