June 8th was Daniel’s 1 year anniversary. In the past year he has accomplished the following:
- Opened the Mira Residences with virtually no help and has achieved an extremely high level of customer satisfaction. His client is a raving promoter!
- Hired and trained an extremely high performing team of 18.
- Built a pipeline for Training and Development that will feed our region with up-and-coming managers for future positions.
- Promoted 2 supervisors to Account Manager in 2 weeks and has two more on the bench and ready.
- Assisted with the hiring of 30 new associates for the hotel openings at Fisherman’s Wharf in April.
- Filed ZERO claims in over 365 days.
- Managed the opening of Harbor Court Hotel and used his staff for the call down service without missing a beat at the Mira.
I am so glad Daniel joined our team a year ago and I see an exciting future for Daniel with Propark! Thank you, Daniel!
