Jace Schnider has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment by taking on a task force role at The Marble Room while continuing to oversee his responsibilities in Columbus. His willingness to travel back and forth between markets to maintain strong operational control speaks volumes about his dedication and accountability. Despite the added demands, Jace has remained fully engaged, ensuring key meetings are covered and operational needs are consistently met. His work ethic and ability to lead effectively across multiple locations make him highly deserving of Leader of the Month.

Over the past several months in the Midwest, there have been a number of opportunities to support other areas of the Region. When asked, Jace did not hesitate to volunteer and step out of his normal day to day and get a little uncomfortable. Jace drove to Pittsburgh to be present on Day 1 of Pittsburgh Valet and show the support we have in the Midwest. When VIP Valet needed help for an important large event for the Cleveland Clinic, Jace again volunteered and rallied several valets from The Junto Hotel to bring along for support. The event went flawless and has led to future events for VIP. Most recently, VIP Valet again needed support for their highest NOI restaurant location in Cleveland and Jace again volunteered to support and has spent the past several weeks, boots on the ground supporting the Marble Room restaurant which accounts for over 100K in NOI for Propark. Outside of volunteering to support the Midwest Region, Jace has led the way for The Junto Hotel in receiving an overall #1 Tripadvisor rating in Columbus through creative ways to drive reviews and helped The Junto Hotel receive a 4 Diamond rating that has even impressed our client.
