It is with great pleasure that I respectfully submit this nomination for the Rock Star of the month for Javier Hernandez.
Javier’s customer service skills are exemplary. He is one of the friendliest people that I know, he always have a smile on his face.
Despite the overwhelming amount of challenges his location has (difficult customers – breaking gates, being verbally abusive) Javier always maintains a positive and great attitude. He is always willing to help and assist with any other tasks that may be asked whether for his location or any other than needs his help.
Recently, we had a last-minute event at our LA Fitness Hollywood location. This meant increased traffic to the location, and it meant we should be charging an event flat rate rather than the normal transient tiered rate structure. He immediately called me to say there was an event, got the event rate signs out and started traffic directing all on his own. We sent another employee to help him and together we had a very successful first event of 2021! Javier’s prompt attention to this matter helped Propark bring in some much-needed additional revenue. Events are a revenue share for Propark.
