I would like to formally nominate Jordan Cook for Circle of Excellence – Choice of the Month. Jordan consistently demonstrates outstanding professionalism and dedication in his role. He is exceptional when interacting with guests, always providing a welcoming and positive experience. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, as he regularly receives highly positive feedback from guests. Additionally, our client hotel holds him in high regard and frequently expresses their appreciation for his work. Jordan has recently taken on an even greater level of commitment by working the morning shift seven days a week, beginning at 5:00 a.m. This is especially commendable given that he does not currently have his own vehicle, yet he continues to show up reliably and on time without fail. He is one of my most dependable and trusted employees. Jordan consistently works hard, follows procedures, and sets a strong example through his work ethic and attitude. His dedication, reliability, and commitment to excellence make him highly deserving of this recognition.
