During a very busy period for the city of Columbus, where there were back to back weekends with sold out concerts at Ohio Stadium, the Junto received over 100 hotel room bookings over a 2 day period. With 3 call offs on a Friday night, Josh was left alone at the same time that our other valet operations in the city were experiencing the same influx of guests and valeted cars. When extra help was gathered and arrived to assist, Josh had parked over 40 cars alone in a very short period of time and did not slow down when extra hands were there. Josh remained calm, greeted every guest with a smile and did everything he could to make sure the guests were taken care of. We did not receive one negative guest comment.
