There are not enough adjectives to describe how incredible Kate is as both a person and a colleague. We call her “Kate the Great”, and that moniker is true in every sense of the word. Kate is brilliant, dedicated, a team-player, innovative, and flexible. She is a rock star, but she is also an amazing leader here at Propark within our division and for all in the Company.
I have worked with Kate in both benefits and in my new world of training, and I can safely say she is one of the smartest, most adept, and helpful people I have met. There is a not a task that is too challenging, and she always approaches everything with positivity and humor! Most people do not realize the impact that she has on Propark, because she is the person behind the proverbial green curtain building, fixing, updating, tweaking, and more. Whether it is UKG, PlanSource, data collection, or reporting, she is an expert at everything! She is always willing to help, learn something new, and support every person at Propark.
Even more than Kate’s intelligence, aptitude, and professionalism, Kate is a kind and caring person. She is hilarious and always brings humor to every situation. She is truly invested in her colleagues and everyone at Propark, and she makes us shine, even though she is not necessarily visible to everyone. I am very grateful for Kate and all that she does to support my team with benefits systems assistance, training systems assistance, and so much more. Kate is a true leader, and she is very deserving of the Leader of the Month award!
