Kyle has been such an awesome employee since he started in May 2021. He hit the ground running and is always eager to learn more. He has been working directly with his manager, Ke’shawna Walker to implement numerous improvements and initiatives. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills have directly impacted the client experience and have reduced command center calls by 30%. Most recently, Kyle has been integral in the resigning project that impacted over 400 parkers. His work on the project made the process run smoothly and fluidly. Kyle continues to add value to Williams Tower and to Winpark and we see a very bright future for him!
