Leon has been with Propark for only 1 month but he recently received the below written note from a guest about the extraordinary service that he provides:

“To Whom It May Concern: I was a recent customer (March 27-30) of Canopy, parking my car for several days in your DIA lot. I wanted to ensure that I took the time to commend your driver, Leon. While I find that most people are quick to complain about poor service I think it is equally important to point out excellent customer service.

I had never used an off-site parking company in all my years as a frequent traveler. The gentleman whom I was fortunate to meet, (shuttle driver Leon) was friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated his enthusiasm for being a Canopy employee in every way. He explained the process and made the entire experience pleasant. The only downside was my discovery that I had left my shawl on board the shuttle…oh well, my fault and simply chalked it up as lost forever.

Because Leon had explained the return process so well the afternoon we parked , my granddaughter and I were able to find the Canopy shuttle with ease upon our very late arrival back to DIA. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted that late and freezing night by you guessed it, Leon! He not only remembered us and asked about our trip to California, but INCREDIBLY told me he had found my shawl and secured it with the company! He returned it to me that cold night when I needed it most!

I believe that this stellar service is rare and that I might have been the ‘one lucky recipient’. However, sitting in the back of the shuttle we were able to hear the conversations of the other shuttle riders that night. To a person they were discussing Leon and his friendly, positivity and how he enhanced their travel experience!

I hope that Leon is made aware that he is a great employee and that how he conducts himself is the greatest representation of a great company. You were smart to hire him! This experience has made me a lifetime customer and I am recommending Canopy to everyone I know!”
