Lisa is our EV station attendant. She is responsible for obtaining the keys for all Sutter employees that wish to have their electric cars charged. When Lisa first started this position she was intimidated by Tesla’s but now she absolutely has made that location her own. She knows the regulars so well that she can tell their valet keys apart -Tesla valet keys!! Lisa communicates with all the staff coming in what to expect if we reach capacity, if she will have to stage cars at a different part of the garage or if there is something wrong with the charging station. Lisa is so loved by all the staff that comes through that she regularly receives breakfast, coffees and tips! Every time I meet with one of these employees, they have nothing but praise to give about Lisa. Lisa embodies everything a Rock Star recipient should…skills to do the job well and heart to service the customers that rely on her daily.
