Logan Matney

Logan joined our organization in early 2025 and he jumped into our operation feet first.. and he hit the ground running and he has not slowed down! Our maintenance team needed a strong leader, someone who could inspire them to do their jobs but also help to coach them, too. Logan has transformed our team into a well oiled machine – they get work orders cleared, completed properly, and even work together with other departments to help them when they need it. (Shout out to our maintenance technicians working Ohio Stadium concerts when our Events department was in need of extra hands – and that was because of Logans encouragement to help others!)

I have many emails from the clients at CampusParc, the leaders at the Medical Center, and even his own team, sending me texts and emails to say how great Logan is at doing his job. For June, his own maintenance department Supervisor, Rigo, wrote a personal
statement and submitted it to our leadership team to nominate him for Employee of the Month here at campus. Logan is a truly valuable asset to everyone here on campus – the clients, the staff, the university, and especially to me. He makes my job much easier and I have come to rely heavily on him for all of our projects – he cares about his team, he understands our goals as an operation, he ensures things are done correctly and safely, and he is an open communicator. Logan is an asset to our team and we truly appreciate him.
