Over the past several months in the Midwest, there have been a number of opportunities to support other areas of the Region. When asked, Luke did not hesitate to volunteer and step out of his normal day to day and get a little uncomfortable. Luke drove to Pittsburgh to be present on Day 1 of Pittsburgh Valet and show the support we have in the Midwest. When VIP Valet needed help for an important large event for the Cleveland Clinic, Luke again volunteered and rallied 14 valets from JP Morgan Chase to bring along for support. The event went flawless and has led to future events for VIP. Most recently, VIP Valet again needed support for their highest NOI restaurant location in Cleveland and Luke
again volunteered to support and has spent the past several weeks, boots on the ground supporting the Marble Room restaurant which accounts for over 100K in NOI for Propark. Outside of volunteering to support the Midwest Region, Luke has led the JP Morgan Chase operation to 368K in NOI in 2025 and is on pace to exceed that number in 2026. Luke has also stepped out his comfort and helped present to several potential clients and has knocked it out of the park every time. We recently won 2 contracts in Cincinnati and Luke has volunteered to relocate to Cincinnati to lead these high end hotel valet operations.
