I’ve known Marc only from 3 weeks and we work together. After jumping on board I thought It would take a while for Marc to keep up with the changes and the “Turn Around “, but No! He is so driven and carrying and his improvements impress me day by day. When we started to set our expectations and majority was against, Marc step up and was there to get those changes in line. He is a great leader and the most important thing an amazing person. Not only I’m super happy to have him on the team but I know that Marc can be one of the bests leaders that industry have seen. I’m eager to see his growth as we continue to have challenges.
