Maintenance Manager

Marshal took on the role of Maintenance Manager for the Houston First Contract in September of 2024, and as the manager of Theater District Garage, the impact Marshal has had on the functionality, appearance, and bottom line of our garage cannot be overstated. I found maintenance ticket submissions to drop from 2-6 per week down to only 1 or 2 per month. This caused an incredible difference in cost as we were meeting our budget line for Repairs and Maintenance in August, only to close the year out at 25% favorable.
Marshal has been instrumental in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the garage as well, identifying ticket jams, intercom issues, and hardware faults on machines before the problem can be reported or even encountered by our daily and monthly parkers.
Outside of his efforts in the garage, Marshal is a radiant soul, always cheerful and willing to talk and listen. He is the maintenance manager for the machines and equipment in the garage, but he also maintains the spirits of the parking, security, and leadership teams here at Theater District, and we would be thrilled to see him recognized for the absolute Rockstar he is.
