Marshall Jones

I would like to nominate Marshall for the Leader of the Month. She is a fantastic employee, a huge assest to our department, and is so deserving of the award and recognition.

Marshall’s customer service skills are exemplary. She is one of the friendliest people that I know. She always arrives at work with a smile on her face and a happy greeting for the drivers. She has the ability to put a smile on the face of all the drivers before they head out on their runs. Smiling drivers make for happy customers.

Although Marshall is responsible for her own daily tasks and schedule, she is often rearranging her life and schedule to accommodate the needs of the operation including working nights and weekends. Her ability to foster collaboration has strengthened our team’s success and created a more positive workplace environment. A true leader that sets a positive example for her drivers.

Marshall began working with Propark as a CDL Driver and worked her way up to supervisor and most recently Assistant Shuttle Manager. She begins her day making sure our shuttles are ready and drivers get on the road at 4am! She most recently worked through the blizzard that shook the Northeast. We operate at Yale New Haven Hospital, and their employees rely on our shuttles to get into work. Snow or no snow, we always operate and Marshall is one of the main reasons we keep the shuttles rolling. She is always a positive force for our Drivers and office. Her dedication to her Propark family is second to none. She goes above and beyond every day but stepped up immensely when it counted the most.
