Marty Marin

Martin’s growth over the last couple of months has been awesome to watch. Dealing with a demanding General Manager and a complete hotel remodel/rebrand, Marty has stepped up to the plate at every challenge that has arisen. He is constantly thinking outside the box and cares enormously about his team and the location’s success. Most recently, he raised his hand to go on a task force to help out in another state, and we were extremely proud to send him as a representative of San Diego. He is very deserving of this nomination for West Coast Leader Of the Month!
