Natalie is our first manager for the Portland market at a very demanding site. Since day one Natalie has been an absolute all star in all areas. She has worked relentless hours to ensure the success of her account and create a great client relationship. We have opened three new locations since she started and she has helped at all of them to make sure we open well and operate to our standards. Although she had a full plate at her account she stepped in to each of these new accounts acting as an Account Manager until we had our Account Manager roles filled. Natalie has been involved with all hiring for the market, training, setup and overall operations for each account. Without Natalie’s effort and commitment we would not be able to have the growth rate we are seeing. I feel very fortunate to have a great leader like Natalie and can’t think of a person more deserving of this award.
