I would like to nominate Randy for Rockstar of the Month for his exemplary leadership and guest service. Randy deserves recognition, not because it is part of his duties but because it is in his character to genuinely care and help others. This past week Randy stepped up to assist the Manley family, who were facing a unique challenge. After hearing their vehicle required a tow, Randy took full ownership of the situation by communicating with them multiple times over the phone, providing reassurance, and coordinating the tow to ensure everything was handled smoothly. He also arranged for payment through the SMS system, creating a seamless and stress-free experience during what could have been a frustrating situation.

His proactive approach not only solved the immediate issue but strengthened the Manley’s trust and loyalty to our service. It is reflected in the 5-star rating they left – “Beyond exceptional!!! Thank Randy and his team for all the help in my unique
situation!!”.o which they soon assured that they’d be returning just the next week. Randy’s professionalism, character, and commitment to going above and beyond is a proud moment for our team, and we are lucky to have such an example. Go Randy!
