His strong mechanical expertise allows him to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. No task is too big or too small for Ricardo. He is the person everyone turns to when something needs to be fixed, improved, or figured out. Ricardo has an incredible ability to solve problems, repair just about anything, and find practical solutions regardless of how challenging the situation may be. Ricardo has repaired complex equipment, responded to emergency situations, and consistently found creative solutions to unexpected problems. He approaches every challenge with professionalism, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude. He consistently demonstrates exceptional knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Beyond his technical abilities, Ricardo has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the way he manages his location.
