Rick Conti joined out team on the 4th of July and immediately was brought into a large project for the County of LA that has been full time for the last 45 days. This project was a consulting project for 27 locations that resulted in a 157 page report that is first class. Rick worked tirelessly with several key Propark leaders to get rate studies, car counts, revenue generation ideas, and overall produce one of the best reports I’ve seen in the last 18 years. He met weekly with the County and help guided key elements of this report. Overall Rick stepped in and stepped up from day one. His attitude and approach got the job done. This report will be one we reference back to for years to come as a new standard.
